If you would like any special music and/or announcements on the way to your wedding we can arrange this also. Our driving team are experienced in Wedding charter work and are committed to the success of your day.
The process to booking your Wedding Charter with Currumbin Valley Bus & Coach:
- Contact us via our website for our quote.
- Once you receive our quote reply via email to accept and secure your date and vehicles.
- Upon confirmation you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for a non-refundable booking deposit that is payable within 7 days.
- The month prior to your wedding you will receive your final invoice that will be due at least two weeks prior to your wedding date.
- If you have different numbers to when you booked we can revise your vehicles according to availability and our current pricing structure
- Our Tour Manager will contact you the month prior to start to confirm timings and guest pick up locations with you .
- The week of your wedding you will receive a final job sheet that includes all of the above timings and your driver details. The venue will also receive this.
- On the day of your wedding your driver will contact your nominated bus attendant and will confirm the pick up time.
